Polishing the little Kaiser's cape*

Still a little bit to go. Medals, cape improvement. Sharpening the helmet spike*.

I'm working on my Americans for flames of war. Due to an unfortunate priming incident most of them have a rough texture on one side. Maybe someday I'll strip them but for now I'm just going to go ahead and paint them to completion and base them and call it "table top quality".
